3. Face to face interview :- Arrangement of flight, accommodation and interview venue to interview face-to-face with the candidates.

4. Foreign Document Process :- Arrange shortlisted candidates for pre-employment medical checkup in their country, passport process, training (if requires) and etc.

5. Document Process : - Assist and arrange to process all employment legal documents, security bonds and company's passes in order for workers to arrive and work in Singapore.

6. Permit Process :- Arrangement for MOM Working Permit's medical checkup and process of working permit with workers and collection of permit card at MOM WPSC.

8. Courses :- Assisting in arranging workers to attain courses required by MOM or by clients.

9. Hostel / Dormitory Management :- Arrange of workers' accommodation and to ensure worker's hostel and dormitory is in order and followup any complaints from the owner or worker .

10. Follow up recruitment :- Counseling of distress worker due to personal, culture differences or work related issue. Renewal of worker' Work Permit /Passport. Repatriation Services. Hostel / Dormitory Management. Follow up recruitment needs for clients.
